A Cool Off lets you take a break from the site by temporarily closing your account for a period of your choosing. Here’s how it works:

• You can set a Cool Off for a minimum of 3 days and up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
• During this time, you won’t be able to log in or access your account at all. For example, if you set a Cool Off for three days at 12 PM on January 1st, you won’t be able to log in again until after 12 PM on January 4th.

To set up a Cool Off on your account, just follow these simple steps:

• Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
• Click on Safer Gaming Tools and then select Account Cool Off.
• Choose the time period for your Cool Off.
• Confirm your selection.
• Click Continue to set the Cool Off.
