Why does it say "Regraded" next to my betslip?
Our trading team at Bally Bet works hard to grade and score game results quickly and accurately. Sometimes, leagues might update scoring results or decisions that can affect your wagers. On rare occasions, we might misgrade an event or game. If that happens, we’ll need to “regrade” the outcome to ensure everyone is paid correctly.
Loss (Regraded) – This means you were originally paid for a win by mistake, and the regrade corrected that by removing the accidental payout from your wallet.
Win (Regraded) – This indicates that you weren’t paid for a wager you should have won. The regrade fixed that, and the winning funds were automatically added to your wallet.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep everything fair and accurate!
